Thickening Emulsifier AT-2 for Abmectin EC
Description
AT-2 is a thickening
emulsifier to make Abamectin, Emamectin benzoate, Acetochlor, Acetamiprid EC.
Generally there is no need to add
other emulsifier in the formulation. The final EC product is of adjustable viscosity,
good emulsion ability and storage stability.

Appearance: Brown sticky liquid
pH range (1% wt, 25℃): 5.0-7.0
Water content: ≤ 0.5%
Product Usage
(1)
Large-scale production to be based on trail tests.
(2)
Water bath heating 70-90 ℃ before usage to make better
fluidity of the sticky product.
(3)
Solvents: Xylene, Toluene, mixed benzene, Aromatic
hydrocarbon solvent oil, etc. Vegetable oil or fatty acid methyl ester can be
added to improve efficacy.
(4)
DFM and Methanol may affect the viscosity of the
formulation. Decrease the dosage of them as co-solvent if possible.
(5)
Dosage of AT-2: 25%-40%.

200kg/ iron drum.

Silicone Antifoam Emulsion Pro-DFM
Description
Chemical nature: Silicone Antifoam Emulsion
Pro-DFM is a nonionic silicone antifoam emulsion, designed to control bubble in water-based pesticides, during production and spray tank operations. It is easily dispersal in water system and has a quick knockdown of bubble. Besides, Pro-DFM has good durability in deforming and stability, and performs well over a broad pH range.
Applications
1) Tank mix adjuvant for water based pesticides.
2) In-can additive for water based liquid system.

Appearance: Milky white liquid
Solid Content (Dimethyl-polysiloxane): 20+/-2%
Viscosity(25℃): 2000-4000 mpa.s
Density(25℃): 1.00-1.02 g/cm3
pH range: 6.0-8.0
Product Usage
Do compatibility tests and stepwise tests before usage.
1) Agitate prior to use.
2) For optimal foam control, the anti-foam must be completely dispersed in the foam medium. To aid in dispersion, pre-dilute the antifoam with about 1-5 times its volume with cold water. When adding the antifoam into water, make slow mix. The diluted material should be used immediately.
3) If the system can provide adequate agitation to disperse the antifoam, the antifoam emulsion may be added directly without pre-dilution.
4) Add the diluted antifoam prior to the point where foaming occurs within the system, if possible.
5) Subject to the influence of the factors of foaming medium, foaming temperature, chemical characteristics, foaming content, difference in stirring etc, the exact appropriate concentration must be estimated by clients via testing.
6) Dosage of Pro-DFM 20%: Begin trials at 50 ppm active silicone and adjust as needed.
Packing
The product can be packed in 1L, 2.5L, 20L, 200L drum, etc.
Product Safety, Handling and Storage
Transport as non-dangerous goods.
Keep in ventilation and cool place with container closed. Better keep the temperature under 25℃. Avoid freezing conditions.
Shelf life is 6 months.
